About Us
For Young Athletes CIC is a dedicated Community Interest Company with a mission to break barriers and inspire participation in sports and physical exercise across Northamptonshire. Founded by Esther Alake, our organisation focuses on increasing access to physical activities for different communities, including the Black and Asian populations.
Through after-school clubs, holiday camps, competitive tournaments, and more, we strive to make sports inclusive, accessible, and enjoyable for all. Our programs cater to individuals of all ages, promoting physical health, mental well-being, and social integration.
At For Young Athletes CIC, we aim to foster teamwork, perseverance, and a lifelong love for sports. By offering tailored, affordable programs and building partnerships with schools and local groups, we work to create lasting community impact.
